Christine - an artist of mixed media since college - has been oil painting for several years. Tracing three generations of oil painters on her maternal side, she was influenced by the family work adorning her childhood home. More recently, Christine moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to be surrounded by ocean on Nantucket Island. She loves finding the waves, or the anticipation of waves, in her landscapes. Christine is an educator and mother of three.
